I bought this super expensive machine, as I wanted a good, top of the line, piece of equipment that would not let me down. Well, let me tell you, after only owning this for 14 months (at minimal usage, since I live in the north, but do prefer to run outdoors unless the conditions make it absolutely impossible), it no longer works. Period. It does not light up, fire up, or give an ounce of any sort of operating condition! Between me and my boyfriend, we have placed a solid 6-8 phone calls into customer service (which on average, you can expect to be on hold 40 minutes before anyone answers.) When an agent finally picks up, it results in absolutely nothing but them trying to sell you more products to fix your original problem... Yes, I'll admit that I did not purchase the extended warranty; but any product that is worth a hoot, should not need this! Especially for another high upcharge, when I already spent an arm and a leg in the first place. It should NOT be necessary to purchase this...
