I bought this for myself 6 weeks ago because my hips and knees started bothering me after Zumba classes, and I thought this might help. It definitely requires 2 people to set up but has great features like the stabilizing bar, counter and timer. The elastic bands instead of springs make it SO QUIET! The oval shape makes it easier to fit in my basement. You don't jump very high, and since I'm only 5'2" tall, there is no issue with the low ceiling in my basement. After 6 weeks of regular use (3 - 5 X/week) by a 150 lb. person, there are still absolutely NO signs of wear. I recommend using the stabilizing bar (I removed mine after about 3 weeks), and wearing some kind of track shoe. At first, you'll only be able to stay on for about 5 - 8 minutes at a time and then after a week or 2 you can go longer. Ladies: Wear good support garments!
