I received this treadmill and it was packaged perfectly. The treadmill was very easy to put together. You can find a video online that shows you step by step on the assembly which made it even easier. The video wasn't necessary, just more fun. I have only had the Treadmill together two days, but I already am very pleased. Quality is easily seen in this machine. When you put it together you get to see how it is made. Using this treadmill is a pleasure - Very quiet and very smooth. It feels very sturdy on our posh carpet which was a concern to me. We read that the speakers weren't very good, but I think they were wrong. Our I-pod sounds great on it. The width and length ( 22"x60") of the walking surface is really nice. Lots of
room to walk or run with comfort and safety. The 3 1/2 hp motor seems more than enough power to keep me moving without the slight bit of slowdown. Controls are easy to see and use - especially like the buttons on the handrails for ease of use...
