I ordered this treadmill from Amazon.com and it arrived promptly and on time. I didn't have to worry about being at home, since the driver left it at the top of my stairs. Very nice!
This treadmill is very heavy. I had to get help assembling it, but assembly was a breeze. It took about an hour.
Without even reading the manual, I plugged it in, flipped the switch and was immediately climbed onboard to start walking. Ok, so I was a bit anxious about getting fit! The controls are extremely easy to use. (I started with the manual cycle.) If I get bored with that cycle, I switch to the 'weight loss' cycle, which really gives a good workout, causing me to actually run for a minute or two. The unit is not too loud. I was also concerned about the weight capacity, since I weigh close to the maximum weight. No problem. The walk is smooth and effortless. The only thing that dissapointed me was the folding status.
